This is not easy to answer. In the Brauneck area you will not expect any snow end of June. If you approach the Karwendel (after six days) I am pretty sure you will have snow when climbing the Birkkarspitze (2.749m) beginning of July. The amount of snow left depends on the weather the next four weeks - nobody knows. It is always recommended to call the Karwendelhaus asking for the condition of the trail through the Schlauchkarsattel. But I do not know if they speak English.

Hello again!

So I'm starting this trip 26 June and I'm wondering if anyone could enlighten me as to how much snow and ice there are in the Alps, and this years melting is coming along. Basically, if it's looking good for me or not
Now, I've got crampoons, an ice Axe and so on that I can bring so there's no need to worry, but if there's hardly any snow left and I don't need it that would be nice to know.
So, if anyone has any input I'd really appreciate it! If it's too early to tell I can try again in a couple of weeks.
